United Voice is an organisation of over 16,000 Australian workers, united by our belief in the dignity of workers and the right to fair and just treatment at work. We are an active union, and we are passionate about organising to win.
To continue campaigning for better jobs, our fees must keep pace with costs and inflation. Each year the NSW Branch Council considers fees for the next year.
United Voice's Branch Council has voted to increase members' fees with the new rates to be effective from the start of the new financial year. The new rates are:
UNION FEES FROM 1st JULY 2013
||NSW ALL SECTOR
||REDUCED RATE ALL SECTOR
||NSW MFG PAINT
| HALF YEAR
| PER YEAR
The Branch’s membership fees are contained within the rules of the union. United Voice has lodged a notice with Fair Work Australia setting out the alteration to the Rules in accordance with s.159(1) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act requesting that the General Manager of Fair Work Australia certify the alteration to the Rules.
United Voice NSW is a union of workers organising to win better jobs, stronger communities, a fairer society and a sustainable future.
